Raymond Campbell was born in 1956 and was always destined to become a painter.  He turned down the chance of formal training at Art School in favour of developing his own style and was a full time professional artist by the age of 22.

He travelled the world studying the paintings and techniques of the Old Masters he eventually became captivated by the still life  paintings of the 17th Century Dutch painters and this, coupled with his enthusiasm for collecting old and interesting objects together with his love of all the good things of life has resulted in him becoming one of the finest still life painters in the UK

His work has been exhibited in the UK, Australia and America and is featured in private collections all over the world.
